Terms of Service

By using our services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Deepwave Analytics provides cloud computing resource distribution, data analytics, AI model deployment, automated code execution, and related technology services. Features and availability vary by subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service feature with reasonable prior notice.

You must provide accurate, complete information when registering an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected]. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

Services are provided on a subscription basis with fees listed on our pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are stated in USD unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which are added as required by the laws of the jurisdiction of purchase.

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Refunds are provided in accordance with our Refund Policy (available at deepwavecloud.com/refund). Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original charge. Enterprise and custom service engagements may have different refund terms as specified in the applicable service agreement.

You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure; transmit malware, viruses, or other malicious code; send unsolicited bulk communications; reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our software; use our services to process or store content prohibited by law; or resell our services without explicit written authorization.

All intellectual property rights in our services, software, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks are owned by Deepwave Analytics Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services solely for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Deepwave Analytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
